About Me
I’m Jono, the passionate aviator and sole creator behind The Rotor Wash.
My flying career started back in January ’22 when I went for first TIF at Heliwest, WA, and absolutely fell in love with fly helicopters.
Since then, I’ve managed to complete my licence and land a job with Nautilus Aviation flying in the Torres Strait.
My goal here is to share information about the industry, giving prospective junior pilots the incite that I found hard to come by and creating a community aimed at supporting each other through the first steps or the last steps.
